Marfa Recording Co. also provides sound reinforcement and event production.  We work closely with Ballroom Marfa on their music program.  Click here to view past events/artists.  We produce a live multi-track recording of most of these concerts for Ballroom’s archive.

We are part of a collective called Marfa Industries.  Working with our partners we can produce your entire event.

  Marfa Recording Company is a recording studio and creative space in a former cavalry base in the high desert of Marfa, Texas, a stone's throw from the Chinati Foundation and surrounded by deer and wild plants.

• Imagine It

  Topo Chico, tumbleweeds, warm vintage amps, beautiful gear, the Milky Way at night -- an isolated Motown of the Far West Texas desert. Artists at Marfa Recording Co. get access to all the studio's amenities, engineering, and lodging in a friendly house at the edge of town with a backyard of untouched prairie.
